4C's of Alameda County

Community Child Care Council (4C's) of Alameda County is a private, non-profit agency providing services that benefit children, families, and the professional child care community. Our mission is to develop and coordinate resources to strengthen families and children. We offer:

Free Child Care Resource and Referral services to families and over 1,300 child care homes and centers in southern Alameda County, including the cities of Castro Valley, Fremont, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, and Union City.

Child Care Financial Assistance programs to assist families who need help with child care costs.
Free workshops, training, and child development information for parents and child care professionals.
A national award-winning Child Health and Nutrition Program that promotes balanced child-friendly meals in participating family child care homes.
Services in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese and other languages.
