4C’s is a member of the California Child Care Resource & Referral Network. 4C’s is the one place in southern Alameda County that can give you all these free child care services:

Referrals to family child care homes, preschools and child care centers in southern Alameda County and to other agencies that serve the rest of the county.
FAQ on choosing child care.
Assistance in getting help to pay for child care.
Special support programs.
Parenting classes, workshops, and an extensive reference library of books, videos and brochures.
Educational, safety, and legislative advocacy activities for families and children.

Our multicultural staff provide referrals, parenting classes, support services, and other activities in English, Spanish, and Chinese. Our staff members also speak a wide variety of other languages and we have written materials in other languages as well.
