Bright Future Early Learning Center Bright Future Early Learning Center is located in the Elihu Harris State Building in Oakland. Our program serves children from the age of 3 month to the start of kindergarten and we maintain low child to teacher ratios.
Employees of the Sate of California, UC Office of
the President, and the City of Oakland are given priory when enrolling
children. Families from the community may also be
served if there are enrollment openings.
We provide a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment, rich with activities that encourage creativity and provide challenges. We celebrate successes and provide modeling and a helping hand to bring children from where they are developmentally to their next stage of development. We support interactive, hands-on learning knowing that children learn best when they have opportunities to use all of their senses to manipulate material and their environment. We support play knowing that it is the best practice to support children's learning. We provide a balance between teacher-directed and child-initiated activities to support and encourage learning in our multi-age classrooms. Please call for more information and a tour.
