4C's of Alameda County offers all regular employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week a competitive benefits package. The package includes 6 paid holidays per year, 3 floating holidays per year and 12 sick leave days per year. In addition, we offer an Employee Benefit Plan that includes Medical, Dental, Tax Shelter Annuity, Child Care Reimbursement and additional disability insurance to employees based on their full time equivalent.
