4C’s free Resource and Referral service lists family child care homes and child care centers in Castro Valley, Fremont, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, and Union City.
- Centers and homes must be licensed by the California Department of Social Services.
- A copy of the license must be provided as well as information about the program so that 4C’s can make appropriate referrals.
How We Make Referrals
4C’s receives thousands of requests for child care referrals each year. We provide each family with referrals based on parents’ requests for location, hours, ages served, caregiver training, languages spoken, and other services offered
Get Listed as a Child Care Provider
If you would like to participate in our referral program, please email or snail mail us a copy of your child care license. You must include your telephone number. We will contact you to get the information we need to create your referral profile.
