4C’s is dedicated to the professional development of those who work with children. We promote ongoing professional development opportunities that enhance the knowledge and skills of child care providers and further their career goals, including:
  • Free and low-cost trainings on a wide variety of topic areas
  • Coaching and onsite consultation through our CCIP and Quality Counts programs
